The Colchagua Valley is located in Central Chile, perhaps the most Chilean of all the regions. Here the rodeo, Independence Day and other national holidays are celebrated with great enthusiasm. The festivities usually see both men and women in traditional costume, not unlike that worn in Andalusia. In this setting lies Casa Silva vineyard, a very traditional hacienda with a vineyard producing wine since early 1800s.
The colonial hacienda at Casa Silva has 7 beautiful guest rooms, each decorated with antique furniture and, with a few modern touches. The courtyard with its olives trees has a good size swimming pool and the vineyard also has a bar and restaurant offering Chilean and International cuisine. This exclusive boutique hotel is the perfect base from which to explore the countryside and the famous vineyards of the Colchagua Valley.
